It’s the first official day of summer and we are celebrating here at PopCult Anime Con with some guest announcements!
First up are our cosplay guests, the twin brothers and actual scientists Hatake & Sahara of HS Cosplay! These two have been burning up the local cosplay masquerade circuit most recently taking home awards at Anime NYC 2021, Another Anime Con 2022 and Anime Boston 2023. Their panel content is sure to wow showcasing the scientific side of cosplay and educating anyone interested in becoming a more competitive cosplayer. INSTAGRAM / FACEBOOK
Next up is Weeb Palace, a six-member troupe who have been presenting workshops and panels at conventions since 2009! These entertainers and educators have built a huge resume of fandom deep-dives, how-to classes, and fascinating histories through the years. Their Anime Openings that SLAP! panel was a huge hit at PCAC in both 2019 and 2022, so we’re pleased as punch to pay it forward by bringing them on as featured panelists this year!
