April 2nd means this is not a prank – Panel and AMV Contest submissions for PopCult Anime Con 2022 are now open!

As a multi-genre convention, we encourage fans to submit panel ideas on a wide variety of topics. For more info, guidelines and application link check out the Panels page (also accessible under Programming!) Submissions deadline for Panels is July 1st.

This year’s AMV Contest will feature SIX categories including Drama, Action, Romance, Upbeat, Comedy, and one for the 2022 PCAC convention theme – RETRO! Retro category videos are encouraged to use source footage and audio that were popularized prior to 2000. Speaking of submission deadlines, Artist Alley applications were closed at midnight on March 31st. Thank you to all the wonderful artists who signed up, our Exhibitor staff is looking forward to checking out your work and wishes you luck in the upcoming jury process! Vendor applications are still open, pending review by Exhibitor staff.
