The PopCult Anime Con 2024 Hotel Block at the Westin Waltham-Boston is now open. Better still, we are bringing back our popular Free Weekend Badge with proof of Hotel Reservation promotion! A few tweaks to how the promo works this year so please read carefully in order to claim your free badges:
- To claim a free pass to PCAC24: send an email with the name your Westin reservation is under and booking confirmation number to webmaster.popcultanime@gmail.com. Your info will be checked with the hotel and a response will be sent with further instructions in 24-48 hours.
- Free Weekend Badge Eligibility: To claim a free weekend badge to PCAC24 you must have an active reservation at the Westin Waltham-Boston in the PCAC24 room block. Registrations made with this promotion subject to cancellation if hotel reservation is also cancelled.
- Free Weekend Badge Eligibility: One Free Badge per hotel reservation. Free Badge must be registered to new registrant/cannot be claimed over previous pre-registration promotion (eg Early Bird Pre-Reg.) We are not able to issue refunds in exchange for Free Weekend passes this year and apologize for any inconvenience.
- Free Weekend Badge Eligibility: Free Badge registered attendee does not need to be the same person named on hotel reservation. You are welcome to claim a free pass for a roommate, family member or friend.
- Promo ends after 50 badges have been claimed or February 29, 2024 – whichever happens first.
The Westin Waltham-Boston room block rate this year is $123/night before tax. Availability for Friday and Sunday nights is limited so if you want to stay for more than a night book early! Also note that our room block rate ends on July 22nd, 2024 so for the best priced rooms at the Westin you don’t want to wait for the last minute.
