These talented speakers need no introduction to anyone who’s been coming to PopCult Anime’s Cosplay Chat on Discord! Legend of Larcy and Mink the Satyr are award-winning cosplayers and master crafters, each with their own fascinating background in and around the costume community.  PopCult Anime Con is excited to provide a platform for these multitalented artists with proposed programming like Character Design, Modeling, Photography, and Cosplay & Mental Health.
