I would like to once again thank my fellow fans for attending PopCult Anime Con 2017, and I kindly ask that you take a moment and fill out our feedback survey. Feedback and Suggestions help us improve and produce the best convention possible.
PopCult Anime Con is pleased to welcome two new Cosplayers to our Guest Lineup!
Kitteninstrings Cosplay has been costuming for 10+ years. She went to school for Opera and Vocal performance and fell in love with and refused to leave the costume department. A resident of Northern New England, she travels a lot and does many classes, workshops and lessons at conventions and her local workshop in Saco, Maine. Her biggest lament is that she takes on so many commissions that she hasn’t had time to make a new costume for herself in ages! Sewing, Beading, Embroidery, Armor, Props, lights, and all points in between… she’s done it all!
When she’s not crafting or at a con she can generally be found at home with her nose in a book or getting into trouble with her 9 y/o.
Carol has worked over 40 years in many aspects of costuming/cosplay from creating/fabricating to teaching to judging/masquerade directing. She is a Master costumer that enjoys new/fun/challenging techniques that keep it fresh. Her most recent work can be seen on TLC’s “My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding”. She is a medical massage therapist (30years), works for Regal Cinemas, Sondra Celli Designs, has jobs in the Haunt Industry and likes making Steampunk jewelry and accessories.
